You will not charge adult talent/independent contractors any upfront fees for any services.

This site is not to hire independent contractors for private work or collections. If this is found to be the case your account will be terminated with no refund.

Your payment shall be made in advance of advertising services. All payments are non refundable. Producer can cancel at anytime.

The producer is responsible for verifying information that any talent provides them during the start of a working relationship.
